Speed Identity hosting JTC 1/SC37 conferece in Stockholm

Speed Identity hosted the international JTC 1/SC37 conference held in Stockholm, 10-14 January.

"SC37 is a task force within ISO/JTC 1 with representatives from governmental authorities, organizations and enterprises around the world, who meets regularly in its work on global standards. SC37 works specifically with biometrics related to travel documents."

JTC 1/SC 37
Scope: "Standardization of generic biometric technologies pertaining to human beings to support interoperability and data interchange among applications and systems. Generic human biometric standards include: common file frameworks; biometric application programming interfaces; biometric data interchange formats; related biometric profiles; application of evaluation criteria to biometric technologies; methodologies for performance testing and reporting and cross jurisdictional and societal aspects. "
